(NYSE: BZH)- Home-builder stocks rallied Thursday after Lennar Corp. said it swung to a quarterly profit and saw its first year-over-year increase in orders for new homes since 2006. This news helped out Beazer as well, as late Wednesday priced a public offering of 19.5 million common shares at $4.60.
