Mercedes-Benz Honors 1955 Mille Miglia Win with Special SL-Class
The Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Mille Miglia receives a red-over-black contrasted color accent treatment, with matte black paint on the roof, and red accents on the front and rear spoiler. Red brake calipers hide behind the black AMG Sport wheels, which feature a matching red line around the edge. On the interior, the steering wheel gains two red sections, and all leather piping and surfaces feature deviated red stitching. Just in case you forget what version of the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class you’re driving, the headrests feature an emblazoned “SL Mille Miglia” badge.
Prices for this subtle appearance package in Europe begin at the equivalent of $ 16,860 on top of the purchase price of the 329-hp Mercedes-Benz SL400, and $ 14,581 for the package of the 455-hp SL500 (sold in the U.S. as the SL550). Right now, there are no confirmed plans for Mercedes to bring the 417 package to the U.S.
