Pfizer (NYSE:PFE), which topped Q3 views by 3 cents, will focus on integrating its buyout of Wyeth, cutting costs and beefing up its pipeline.

UnitedHealth shares rose 4% to 25.96. Pfizer touched a 9-month high of 18.43 but faded with the general market to close down 5 cents to 17.93.
