The 360 Mortgage Group LLC leased 12,573 square feet at the Four Points Centre " a LEED Gold-certified, 333-acre master planned project at the intersection of FM 2222 and RM 620. Britt Reed of Transwestern represented 360 Mortgage Group in the deal. Four Points Centre, which is owned by Thomas Properties Group, was represented by Brett Arabie and Mark Greiner of Oxford Commercial. Enplas Tesco Inc. leased 1,239 square feet at The Terrace at 2801 Via Fortuna Drive. Arabie of Oxford Commercial represented Enplas Tesco in the transaction. The Terrace was represented by David Putman of Aquila Commercial. Four independent sales directors with Mary Kay Cosmetics have signed an 893-square-foot lease for an office condo called The Pink Spot! at 13284 Pond Springs Road, Suite 301. The landlord, Bruno and Lana Lartigue, were represented by Paul Ott of The Paul Ott Co., and the tenant was represented by Victor L. Henry of ESG Realty Advisors LLC.
