A Tennessee pilot who says he's tired of being manhandled by security agents is waiting to see if he will lose his job because he refused a full body scan.ExpressJet Airlines first officer Michael Roberts was chosen for the X-ray scan Friday at Memphis International Airport.

The Houston-based pilot says he also refused a pat-down and went home.The 35-year-old Roberts told The Commercial Appeal newspaper he wants to go to work and not be "harassed or molested without cause."Transportation Safety Administration spokesman Jon Allen says a person was turned away after refusing to follow federal security procedures but declined to say if it was Roberts, citing privacy considerations.Roberts says he has safety concerns, but called TSA a "make-work" program that doesn't make travel safer.Copyright 2010 The Associated Press. It plans to start flying twice a week from Milwaukee to Seattle from Dec. 16 through Jan. 4, during the peak holiday travel season.Then on Feb. 14, it plans to offer a second daily flight from Milwaukee to Phoenix through April 17.It also is boosting service between Indianapolis and Cancun, Mexico, this winter. The home of fed-up former JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater was burglarized by his partner's brother, prosecutors said Wednesday.John Rochelle made off with a laptop, printer and a microwave after breaking into the home his brother Ken shares with Slater in Belle Harbor, Queens, on Oct. 14, according to Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.The 39-year-old was awaiting arraignment on charges of second-degree burglary. It wasn't clear if he had an attorney, and there was no answer to a call at the address provided by authorities. Brown called the incident a "crime of opportunity."Prosecutors initially said the burglary occurred Tuesday, while Slater was in court pleading guilty to attempted criminal mischief after he famously opened an emergency chute on a plane.A day earlier, Slater avoided jail under a plea bargain that requires him to undergo counseling and substance-abuse treatment for at least a year. Authorities have charged a 61-year-old Georgia man who they say fondled a fellow airplane passenger as she slept.The U.S. attorney's office in Atlanta said Wednesday that Ranchhodbhai Lakha of Alpharetta faces various sexual assault charges.Authorities say that on a Sept. 28 Delta flight from Dallas to Atlanta, a 20-year-old woman awoke to Lahka touching her below the waist.
