The 42-year-old was traveling from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City on Southwest Airlines. According to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court on Tuesday, Sefilian argued with a flight attendant who told him repeatedly to put away his e-cigarette.An angry Sefilian reportedly threw peanuts and pretzels at the flight attendant and, as the flight was approaching Salt Lake City, stood up and began opening overhead compartments.
