AirTran, owned by Southwest Airlines Co., plans to operate one daily round trip between Orange County, Calif., and Mexico City and one to Cabo San Lucas.The airline also plans to offer a daily round trip between San Antonio and Mexico City, and four weekly round trips between San Antonio and Cancun.
